Vegan Low-Fat order a la Carte

The staff is very friendly and helpful in selecting items with low-fat low-salt content (specify no avocado, no oil, fat or salt, no sesame seeds):

·      Edamame (steamed young soy beans (5% fat)

·      House salad with Orange/Ginger dressing

·      Brown rice

·      Cucumber roll w/o avocado

·      Mushroom roll w/o avocado

·      Steamed vegetable dumpling

·      Green Tea

I used the outrageously good salad dressing for rice and rolls.

No vegan items to order a la Carte

The staff is always very friendly and helpful in getting my standard special order ready:

·      House salad greens without anything else

·      Baked Potato without anything

·      Glass of red wine

Of cause I bring my supplemental enrichments in my Emergency Kit: Crisp bread, fat-free dressing and reduced sodium salsa.

This time I forgot to ask for a smaller portion. The served salad was so big that I could not finish it!

Enriched Side Orders

Fresh salad items with sliced mushrooms but without any dressing or garnish. I covered the salad with fat-free salad dressing (Annie’s Raspberry Balsamic). Delicious!

The baked potato without anything. I filled it up with cold low-sodium salsa which makes it very refreshing!
