vegetables Braise onion, approx.. 5 min Add minced garlic, stir Deglaze with ½ cut of vegetable broth Add carrots and celery Stew for 20 min Finish tomato sauce Add sliced tomatoes, tomato paste, chopped basil and chopped parsley Fold under onions and simmer for 15 min with closed lid Thicken sauce by using a cooking spoon to smash some tomato pieces and then simmering without cover for 15 min. Ready to Serve Serve hot or cold. |
