Fat-free Hummus

Sundried Tomato Tapenade

Your favorite Whole Wheat Bread

 

Have On Hand:

Tomato

Cucumber

Your favorite Sprouts

 

I store in my fridge all ingredients except for the bread in a “Lunch Box”.

Ingredients

Recipe

 

Preparation 10 minutes.

 

 

Prepare the Sandwich

Toast two Bread slices and let cool between and separated by paper napkins.

Spread Fat-free Hommus and Sundried Tomato Paste

Stack on one half Cucumber and Tomato Slices and covered with Sprouts

Fold to sandwich and cut in half

 

Serve

serve with Tea and Fruit
