These vegan/fusion dinners can be easily batch-frozen and provide a big help for working folks who want to stay on their diet.

One sequential cycle (1-9) took 4 moths – 120 days – with 58 dinners. 60 other dinners were 2x a week fish and 1 Quick meal (51 dinner); plus a few others

 at social occasions. I can always chose from 2-3 different frozen dinners.
